Cross Border Enforcement - brief information

You have received an administrative penalty notice against which no appeal can be lodged.
At the time the offense was committed, you were the registered keeper of the vehicle.
If the penalty mentioned is payed within four weeks, the proceedings are closed and the offense will be not recorded.
If the penalty mentioned is not payed until this deadline, administrative penalty proceedings will be initiated against the driver of the vehicle.
During the payment deadline of four weeks the authority has no access to the proceedings. Therefore no further information can be provided neither by phone nor in writing.
